Phil Giordano
Phil (Felici) Giordano started cutting line-clearance work in 1980, ran IBEW talks at KCPL, and built Grade A Tree out of the 1996 October Surprise ice storm. He still consults on the hard Kansas City jobs.

Jesse Swena
Jesse started on the Grade-A crew in 2015 and has held every field seat since — groundsman, climber, crew lead, now general manager. He is the person who turns an estimate into a finished job.

Kim Curtis
Kim joined in May 2023 after more than 20 years as president of the Grandview Chamber of Commerce. She is the first voice most customers hear, and the person who gets a tree job on the calendar.

The shop also runs with ISA Certified Arborists, an ISA Certified Tree Worker Climber Specialist, and certified line-clearance arborists. We are a TCIA member. We did not invent extra named “arborist profile” pages for people who are not public-facing. If you want a climber or a foreman on your lot, Jesse staffs the job from the Grandview yard.
